We reach the whole world. The expedition cost will be calculated depending on the international destination.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Every item is made to order and realized in our lab, in Milan.
We kindly ask you to wait around 2-3 weeks: in this time our artisan goldsmiths will be able to make your jewel, using italian traditional craft techniques.

Does your jewelry have a specific packaging?
Every jewel is wrapped in our white tissued paper and put in a JULS personalized box - for rings and earrings - or in a linen bag - for necklaces and bracelets - and then shipped inside a recycled paper box with our logo.
A JULS authenticity certificate describing the jewel will be put inside the packaging, as well as a card talking about our brand.
Is the jewel the same as show in the website?
We try to make pictures look as real as possible, but we also add details about measurements in each jewel's description to make sure you can have a specific idea of dimensions.
We write information about materials, measurements, stones and finishing.

JULS items are made-to-order so we are unable to issue refunds.
We will accept unworn items in their original packaging within 10 days of delivery for an exchange, or a coupon credit that will be valid till 24 months.
If mailing back the item, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and eventual loss.

What is your commitment to sustainability?
At JULS we work with passion and put 100% of our commitment into the quality of our jewels, and in an effort to have less possible impact on the environment around us.
This includes using at least 10% of recycled metals, deriving from discarded jewels or old productions; the purchase from deemed suppliers responsible sources; the replacement of materials derived from animals, such as leather, with synthetic fabrics such as waxed cotton cords; the choice to avoid living materials such as pearls or corals; the use of recycled cardboard packaging and sorting laboratory waste.
Finally, JULS is a small reality where they are used the ancient goldsmith techniques of lost wax casting and processing, drawing and finishing of precious metals. For us the craftsmanship dimension is a central theme that distinguishes us in all our work, and that we want to convey as a pride of made in Italy.
Everything is done in small workshops where we interact personally with those who produce our creations, as well as with the artists who make us photographs and illustrations. We like to think that these people accompany us in our work and are part of our great project.
